I am French and I am 40 years old. At the professional level, I work in industry, the field of  3D modelling. I am CMAS 1 star instructeur and Semi-Closed Rebreather (SCR) diver.

I began underwater photography in Mauritius in the Indian Ocean in 2000 with a small Sony® DSCP1 digital camera. After some encouraging beginnings, I was equipped with a Nikon® D100 reflex camera and a SB80 Dx flash gun put in housings.

The space of freedom which nature represents is at the origin of my passion for naturalist photography. The conjugation of my practice of diving and the wonders of nature naturally pushed me towards the practice of underwater photography.

I hope that you will appreciate these underwater subjects as I could appreciate to see them.

I am 36 and Laure is 30 years old. We live in Toulouse, France. I am CMAS 3 stars diver and Laure is 2 stars diver. She is a teacher and i am a chemist.

We started Scuba diving in Reunion Island when we were living down there, between 1995 and 2000.

We started U.W. photography in September 2005 after many years of hesitations…considering the price of a good reflex housing. And digital photography helped us to CROSS the gate last year.

Thank you for spending two minutes on our gallery, we really hope you will apreciate it, wether you are a diver or not…and that maybe it will give you the idea go through the looking glass one day if you are not a diver yet

Diver since the eleven years age, CMAS 2 stars instructor and hyperbarist medical doctor, Patrick RAGOT has shared his passion of the sea with his wife Catherine for 25 years. We live in Mérignac (33), in France. It is only since 1995 that we put underwater photography at the service of this passion.

Generally Catherine behind the lens and Patrick behind the camera. In fact, each image is the result of a joint work, macrophotography with the ambiance photographs. Our training ground remains the close Atlantic, but as soon as possible we flee towards more accessible water or the complementarity and the symbiosis of the couple can be expressed.

They win many prices while being classified among best in several championships of France of underwater photographs. Patrick regularly publishes articles of their underwater vagrancies through planet in the specialized press magazine ....

Take pleasure with these underwater strolls.
